Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and cv677 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cv677 website, mobile interface, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant game products accessible at cv677.io.

cv677 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account with cv677. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly notify cv677 of any changes via the registered support email address.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your account and must not share it with any other person.
• You must designate a payment method in your name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

cv677 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and domestic bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile money transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within up to 30 minutes for card and bank transfer payments. cv677 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile money methods and within one to three business days for card and bank transfer methods, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. cv677 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• cv677 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Funds deposited into a cv677 account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested, unless cv677 explicitly waives this requirement in writing.
• cv677 does not accept deposits made with funds sourced from illegal activity. Any account found to have received such funds will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

cv677 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which will be published on the platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are valid for players aged 21 and above who have completed account verification.
• A minimum wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms (typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• cv677 reserves the right to withdraw, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the creation of duplicate accounts, or in breach of these Terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the cv677 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted only on events and markets that are currently open for wagering on the platform.
• cv677 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or restrict betting activity at any time without prior notice, including in response to suspicious betting patterns or data integrity concerns.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, cv677 reserves the right to void affected bets, regardless of whether they have been settled. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and data feed availability. cv677 is not liable for bets that are delayed or rejected due to technical interruptions.

For casino and slot games, all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

cv677 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, cv677 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned via the account's primary registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

Limitation of Liability

cv677's total aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cv677's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with the support team, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Each party shall bear its own costs in arbitration unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending arbitration.
